The project is located opposite the wide green civic square.Within the site area are coordinates perpendicular to the urban axis and polar coordinates centered around the park, forming two inclined axes which are integrated into the design.The landscape is also designed according to the tilted axis and the vertical axis, connecting the surrounding urban landscape, natural landscape and architecture.The base is located in the super-large scale civic square of CBD. Therefore, while adopting the design corresponding to this space, we strive to make it into a humanistic space coordinated with the personalized activity place.In the simplicity, "city" and "nature" are formed.The unity of opposites of "urban scale" and "humanistic scale", "massiness" and "lightness" adopts simple and varied design.
